Consent to personal data processing

Freely, specifically and unambiguously, I consent to processing of my personal data by the controller:

on the terms below, under the GDPR and the privacy policy. Where another GDPR legal basis applies (contract, legitimate interest, legal obligation), processing may continue without this consent.

Depending on my actions on the site, the controller may process:

- contacts I provide myself;
- property address or area;
- listing price, description and attributes;
- photos and other files I upload myself;
- in-service chat messages;
- paid promotion payment details;
- support request content and attachments;
- technical visit data;
- cookies;
- IP address;
- browser, device and on-site activity data.

- registration and sign-in;
- publishing and displaying real-estate listings;
- profile and chat features;
- paid promotion services;
- taking and confirming payment;
- contact about the account, listings and payments;
- support and feedback;
- site analytics after cookie-banner consent;
- security and proper operation of the service;
- compliance with applicable law.
3. Processing operations

Processing may be automated, non-automated or mixed.
4. Sharing with third parties
I agree that the controller may share my personal data with third parties when needed for the service, payment, analytics or legal duties:
- hosting and file-storage providers;

- authentication providers;
- e-mail and notification services;
- analytics services after consent to analytics cookies;
- public authorities where required by law.
Sharing is limited to what is needed for each purpose.
5. Duration
Consent remains valid until I withdraw it, unless the law requires longer retention of specific data.
I understand that payment and accounting data may be kept after withdrawal if the law requires it.
6. Withdrawal
I may withdraw consent by e-mail to support@imb.house.
The request should include data that let the controller identify my records: e-mail, login or other account identifiers.
After withdrawal the controller will stop processing and delete or anonymise the data unless another lawful basis remains.
7. Confirmation
By ticking a separate checkbox under a form and submitting it, or by continuing registration and use of the service, I confirm that:
- I have read this consent;
- I have read the privacy policy of ИП Тарасов Антон Александрович;
- I understand which data I provide, for which purposes and for how long;
- I give consent freely, knowingly and unambiguously.
