User agreement

1. General
1.1. These terms govern use of IMB.HOUSE (https://imb.house) and its subdomains.

1.3. Paid listing promotion is governed by the terms of paid services.
1.4. By using the service you confirm that you have read these terms. If you disagree, stop using the service.
1.5. Commercial disputes with the operator are governed by the law of the Russian Federation as the operator's place of establishment, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you in the EEA.
2. Service features
2.1. The service lets you browse real-estate listings, publish listings, use a profile, chat with other users and order paid promotion.
2.2. The operator is not a party to sale or rental deals between users and does not guarantee any such contract.
2.3. The operator may change design and features if that does not reduce your rights under already paid promotion.
3. Account and use rules
3.1. You provide accurate data and keep account access secure.
3.2. You must not disrupt the service, bypass security, upload malware, use the service for spam or fraud, post unlawful content or content without the required rights, or publish knowingly false property information.
3.3. The operator may restrict access or remove a listing if there are signs of hacking, fraud, illegality or breach of these terms.
3.4. Account deletion requests may be sent to support@imb.house. Data that must be kept by law or for contracts may remain after account deletion.
4. User content and intellectual property
4.1. By posting photos, texts and other materials in a listing, you confirm that you have the rights to publish and display them in the service.
4.2. Posting materials does not transfer exclusive rights to the operator unless agreed in writing. The operator receives a licence to display the materials as part of the listing.
4.3. Texts, photos, design, logos and software of the service belong to their right holders. Use is allowed only as permitted by law or with the right holder's consent.
5. Personal data
5.1. Personal data are processed under the privacy policy.
5.2. Account, listing and chat data are processed to perform these terms. Specific forms may also use a separate consent.
6. Availability and changes
6.1. The operator takes reasonable steps to keep the service available, but some features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or faults.
6.2. Limits on liability for service availability do not reduce liability for already paid promotion or mandatory consumer rights.
6.3. The operator is not liable for listing content or users' acts, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
6.4. A new version applies from publication or a later date stated in it and does not change already paid promotion.
6.5. The current version is published at /agreements/user.
7. Disputes
7.1. Contact us first at support@imb.house.
7.2. Court venue for claims against the operator is at the operator's place of establishment, subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
